How Does It All Work?
If you are interested in training with Feel Great Personal Training, then the first step is to get in touch via email, text, or WhatsApp and introduce yourself. I can answer any initial questions you may have, and we can start to get to know each other.
If you decide that you would like to train, I will organise an initial, free video session at a convenient time for you. This will provide an opportunity to get familiar with using video conferencing so that you'll be comfortable with setting up for your first training session. We can also have a chat about your aims and goals; what you are trying to achieve from your training and if you have any deadlines. We will discuss your exercise history, or lack of it, any injuries, aches, and pains you may have and how we can work around them and try to alleviate them, we may talk a bit about diet and nutrition, particularly if you are trying to lose weight and we can decide how we can tailor each session to give you the maximum benefit. You can ask any questions you may have and hopefully I will be able to allay any fears or concerns, and generally discuss how we can make the sessions work for you.
You will also need to complete some online forms including a personal training agreement, a consent form and a simple health questionnaire to highlight any real major health issues that we should know about before you start to train, but remember, if you have any health problems, it does not mean that you will not be able to train, just that the training needs to be suitable for you.
After this, you're all set to start training......
